That article has been sitting in my RSS feed, waiting to be read, for a few days now. I've been thinking about perfectionism (and the destructiveness thereof) recently...
Sounds like a great read!
Ah, well if you're thinking about it, the book to read is Winter's Perfecting Ourselves to Death (IVP US). I read a bit of it a while ago, and it was good, but somehow didn't complete it (thereby indicating that I wasn't as much of a perfectionist as I used to be!) I found the insights on failed perfectionism particularly helpful. My godly mother has been trying to train me out of perfectionism for a long time. Trusting in the finished work of Christ and the sovereignty of God has a lot to do with it.
